James Smitheman
OWNER/COMPANY DIRECTOR
A qualified horticulturalist, James began his career as Vineyard Manager on the 480 hectare Villiera Wine Estate, Stellenbosch, South Africa. His vineyard team planted over one million vines, constructed numerous farm buildings, dams, drainage systems and carried out hard and soft landscaping projects around the estate.
After relocating to the UK over 15 years ago, James established Wimbledon Garden Services and invests his wealth of experience and skills into creating and maintaining beautiful gardens. James personally oversees the day to day management of the business – co-ordinating the various teams of gardeners, landscapers and liaising with new and existing customers.
